Motorcycles In The Spotlight Following The College Admission Scandal

In my last post, I talked about the focus in April being stress .. STRESS. And the role motorcycles can play in managing stress. It seems that William H Macy is also familiar with the value a two wheeled ride .

Unfortunately, the image painted by the article describes William as a sad, lonely sole who is on this… motorcycle. Riding around , looking for a pack of hoodlums to meet up with. There is a bias here and its anchored by motorcycles in the spotlight. . On any day of the week, men (and women) all across the globe jump on two wheels because of the release and freedom they provide . They get that moving, riding, exploring on two wheels is one of the more unique (non medicated) experiences we have left on this planet. Many describe the time riding as meditation. A way to clear the head. Cleanse the soul.

As spring continues on , we will see many more stories about how “unfortunate” someone might be due to this avocation of riding. The negative press and negative stereotypes , fueled by cheap and never ending headlines of crashes and deaths, helps to keep motorcycles in the spotlight and not in a good way.

William clearly gets it. Kudos to him for embracing the two wheeled machine and letting go. And a nice machine to boot. The classic style of the green Triumph.
