It’s May and its also motorcycle safety awareness month. Its a great time to talk about grass. We all know we need to avoid the green stuff. That smelly sticky icky.

If your lucky enough to be about anywhere in the USA, you’re getting bucket of rain about every 3 days and that means you are mowing about every 4 days. The grass clippings are flying. They are on your shoes, your sidewalk , and on your street.

What you might not be thinking about is that those thin wet blades of organic material might be DEADLY to the neighborhood motorcycle loving midlifer. In one recent KCTV5 report, one rider highlights the risk of grass clippings. When we think of road hazards, we think of potholes, boards, and roaming dogs. The unsuspecting grass blade may be the one you really need to be worried about.
