Round 5

Korea Republic (South Korea). Much like the declining motorcycle sales seen around the globe, South Korea continues this trait. Motorcycle riders flock towards economical, functional, and nimble machines. Smaller bikes rule the crowded streets of South Korea. That being said, Harley Davidson’s survival plan includes international sales. Nowhere is this mroe evident than South Korea. BMW, Honda, and HD have seen what is a spark here. South Korea is an international motorcycle player that might not be the top recruit on the team , but very well may turn into a global powerhouse in the coming years.

Mexico.  Mention Mexico and 2018 and you might also end up talking about Mayans MC. If you have not checked this kick ass series, make sure it is on your list. There is a reason its one of the top new dramas of 2018. The motorcycle picture in Mexico is more than low riding soft tails with fish tale exhausts. This international motorcycle leader is and has been on an upward trend for many years now. Unlike other key players, Mexico has shown continued motorcycle growth. A growth of over 8% between 2013 and 2017. To is credit, Mexico has a local brand that OWNS over 50% of the market share. Talk about volume. The brand Italika IS the volume leader. While yes, you’ll find Harley’s and other big bike makers, this maker specializes in economical and smaller , functional bikes. A larger bike by Italika is a 250!

Morocco. Eccentric, adventurous, and ready to let go of inhibitions. This is the bold international motorcycle player. Big brands and small bikes are the trend, much like other spots around the globe. You may find your way, or lose yourself.
